Nexus Barbados · Leave-behind

Your day is three windows.

Prepaid, fixed-scope visit. The consumer pays in the app. A verified provider accepts. Nexus handles the money.

Window 18–11 a.m.First window of the day
Window 211 a.m.–2 p.m.Second window
Window 32–5 p.m.Third window

One booking occupies one window. The visit is the listed service — often shorter than the full window. Keep that window free.

There is no join fee. Barbados time. Default calendar: Monday–Friday, all three windows.

Sheet 04 · Calendar

Set the hours you can keep.

Window 18–11 a.m.First window of the day
Window 211 a.m.–2 p.m.Second window
Window 32–5 p.m.Third window

Your calendar controls which of those windows you are available for. Set a weekly template, then use date overrides to block a day or a single slot.

Weekly template

Recurring per-day pattern. Default is Monday–Friday, all three windows. Turn a window off if you cannot take jobs then.

Date overrides

Block a whole day or one window on a specific date. Keep the calendar honest — ghost hours waste everyone.

The slot on the request is the commitment. In-app reschedule is not available. If a request’s slot does not work, Reject it so the consumer can book someone else.

Sheet 05 · A job

Request to payout.

  1. Request

Consumer books. Card is held. You see the job, listed price, address, notes, and slot.

  2. Accept or Reject

Accept confirms that date and slot. Nexus then charges the card. Reject releases the hold.

  3. Start work

On the day, open the job and tap Start work when you begin (list cards may say Start Job).

  4. End visit

When you leave, tap End visit. Choose how the visit went, then submit after photos and a short summary.

  5. 24-hour window

The consumer has 24 hours to confirm or Report an Issue. That window starts when you submit.

  6. Payout

When the window clears with no open issue, the payout becomes eligible. Nexus sends a bank transfer.

You cannot change price, address, service, or slot while accepting. Pending requests are cancelled if the slot starts before you respond.

Sheet 06 · Extra work

End visit, then quote.

The listed price covers the booked scope. Extra work is a separate quote the consumer has to approve.

Fixed on-site

The booked scope is done in this visit.

Diagnosis done — follow-up needed

You diagnosed extra work. Build a quote on this booking.

Could not proceed

The visit could not go ahead. Still submit after photos and a short summary.

  1. Open the quote builder from the booking after Diagnosis done — follow-up needed.
  2. Add a title, a short description, and line items (labour, parts, materials) with quantities and prices.
  3. Tap Save Draft until the consumer has confirmed the first visit.
  4. Tap Send Quote. The consumer sees Decline or Accept & Pay.

If they accept, they pick a new slot. If they decline, the original visit is still paid.
