How it works
Four steps. No guesswork.
Whether you need a service or provide one, we've built a system that works for everyone.
- 01
Describe Your Issue
Tell us what's wrong. No technical knowledge needed. Select a symptom like 'low water pressure' or 'AC not cooling.'
- 02
See the Scoped Price
See the service-call price and its scope before you book. If the job matches that scope, you pay that price. Extra work or parts need your approval first.
- 03
Book a Verified Pro
Choose from our community-vetted professionals. See their ratings, reviews, and track record before you book.
- 04
Pay with Confidence
Your payment is held securely until the job is done right. 24-hour dispute window for complete peace of mind.
Built for Barbados
We've built the infrastructure to eliminate the friction, fear, and frustration of finding reliable home services.
Verified Professionals
Every provider passes our rigorous vetting process. We target 'Driven Professionals': skilled craftspeople who care about quality.
Payment Protection
Your money is held securely until the job is done right. Our 'Hold-then-Capture' flow ensures fair outcomes for everyone.
24-Hour Dispute Window
Not satisfied? You have 24 hours to raise any issues. We mediate disputes fairly and quickly.
Scoped Price Promise
If the job matches this scope, you pay this price. If the pro finds something else, you see the extra cost and approve it before they do that work or buy that part.
Community-Policed Quality
Real reviews from real customers. Our rating system ensures only the best providers stay on the platform.
Reliable Scheduling
Say goodbye to 'island time' frustration. Our pros show up when they say they will, or we make it right.
