Delete in the app
- Open the Nexus app and sign in.
- Go to Profile (consumer) or My Profile (provider).
- Tap Delete Account.
- Review what will be removed and what may be retained for legal/tax purposes.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
After confirmation, you will be signed out and will not be able to log in again.
Before you delete
- You cannot delete your account while you have active bookings (for example pending, paid, in progress, awaiting verification, or disputed). Complete or cancel those bookings first.
- Some transaction records may be kept in anonymized form for legal and tax requirements (typically up to 7 years), as described in our Privacy Policy.
Cannot access the app?
If you cannot sign in or use the in-app deletion flow, email us with the address linked to your account:
We will verify your identity and process your deletion request.
