Nexus Barbados is operated by Nexus Platform Ltd, a company incorporated in Barbados. Location: Rowans.

What we sell, currency, and fulfilment

Nexus is a marketplace for home services in Barbados — plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and related trades booked through the Nexus mobile app. We do not sell physical goods and we do not ship parcels. There are no multiple shipments.

All bookings are priced and charged in Barbados Dollars (BBD). The provider attends on site at the appointment slot you book. If the provider cannot attend, or you cancel before work starts, the Cancellation Policy applies (authorisation release or refund, depending on the booking stage).

Before you pay in the app you can review the scoped price, service, and slot. After payment, keep the in-app confirmation (amount and payment reference). Terms of Service and the Cancellation Policy are linked from registration and from this site.

Payments and security

Card details are entered on a PCI DSS compliant hosted checkout. This website does not collect or transmit card numbers. Transactions on this site are protected with HTTPS (TLS).

Privacy and account requests

To exercise your data rights or ask us to remove your information, email admin@nexusbarbados.com from the address on your account, or with enough detail for us to verify you. Our Privacy Policy sets out the rights you can exercise, and you can delete your account yourself from within the app.

Response times

We are a small team building toward launch, so please allow a few business days for a reply. Privacy requests are handled within the period required by the Barbados Data Protection Act, as described in our Privacy Policy.
